Log On via SSH (character Interface)
1. Install SSH in Ubuntu: sudo apt-Get Install SSH
After installation, you can use "ssh-V" to view the SSH version.
2. Modify SSH configuration: sudo Vim/etc/ssh/ssh_config
Remove "# passwordauthenitcation yes" first "#"
3. Enable the SSH service:/usr/sbin/sshd
Or sudo/etc/init. d/ssh restart
After enabling, you can use "netstat-TLP" to view the SSH working status.
4. Create "connet..." In securecrt and enter the relevant information to log on.
Supplement: Enable securecrt to display Chinese characters correctly
Refer to the method on the net, saying that the Lang in the file "/etc/sysconfig/i18n" is to be modified as a zh_CN.UTF-8, but "/etc/sysconfig/i18n" does not exist in ubuntu10.04, so there is no operation.
Only modify character encoding in securecrt-> options-> session options-> terminal-> appearance to UTF-8"
