The calculation rules are mainly used to calculate the duration of the schedule and the duration of the attendance results.

This chapter explains in detail the meaning of the calculation rule.

1. According to the actual: Use this rule of the schedule or transaction, in the attendance results should be attendance, real attendance, transactions, exceptions, etc. according to the actual scheduling or punch card data calculation time, even if the following set rules and exclude time also regardless.
2. Hours of work per day: Attendance results, number of days = hours/day work hours.
3. Rule details: The rule details are divided into several stages (end time-start time-the time the time of elimination falls in which detail, then the last length is the value corresponding to that detail), the above figure as an example explanation is as follows:
such as according to the attendance rules to get to work hours in 7:00-18:30, an employee in the morning punch-in time is 7:30, clock-out time is 17:45, then the employee's real attendance =17:45-7:30-(1.5 hours of exclusion time) = 8 hours 45 minutes, Look at the calculation rules 8 hours 45 minutes fall in detail 3 (6-12 hours), so the actual attendance of the final employee is counted 8 hours.
also, if an employee's leave time is 13:00-17:30, then the employee's leave duration =17:30-13:00-exclusion time 0 (because the exclusion time is not within the range of leave time) = 4 hours 30 minutes, see the calculation rules 4 hours 30 minutes fall in detail 2 (3-6 hours), So the final employee's leave time is counted 4 hours.
4. Exclusions: Exclude time, that is, noon break, do not count the employee's work hours or leave and other business hours.
remark:
if the "according to actual" calculation rule is used in a schedule or transaction, the time of attendance, actual attendance, transaction, exception, etc. shall be calculated in the case of the attendance result;
if the "by-actual" calculation rule is not used in a schedule or transaction, then the duration of attendance, actual attendance, transactions, exceptions, etc., in the absence result = the schedule template (end time-start time-exclude length), and then the final duration according to the rule details.
