I am very lucky to be the CEO of our ninth phase this month. In the face of the upcoming exhibition, how can I organize this exhibition to become my main job! In the past week as CEO, what impressed me most was the importance of team cohesion and the importance of team unity. This is also the focus of my work this week!

 

In the face of an important job or task, the full support, cooperation, and teamwork of teammates make a difficult task easy and easy. I want to know how to improve the team cohesion and how to make the team more united!

 

First of all, it is necessary to unify the Goals. If a team has a high degree of cohesion, the same goal is essential. As long as each of our members has the same goal, we will be able to think about it in one place! Our current goal in the near future is to do a good job of exhibition, and our ultimate goal is to become a high-end talent by improving the course class! So what I did first is to let everyone know the current situation! Identify your position, etc.

 

Secondly, I feel that a united and cohesive group of leaders will bring out a group of highly cohesive and united teams. The ununity of leaders will lead to a loss of a major module in the work, which will make the work unable to be organized smoothly. Therefore, I started with the unity of several of our class leaders and used various methods to unite our leaders. We have elevated our communication to a new level through continuous communication, our ideas have been well interacted, so that we can better cooperate with several leaders at work.

 

Furthermore, what I want to talk about is to put the interests of all members first and gain a deeper understanding of the situation of members. The CEO is responsible for the collective development and the common interests of all members. Do not put power first, but serve the people wholeheartedly. Then the people will believe in you, and they will take the initiative to do their best for this group, because they feel that they are doing well, doing well, and doing well (I always think, as long as we make ourselves very active in doing what we want to do, our potential is unlimited .) In this way, the group will be more united and cohesive.

 

The last is the most traditional clear reward and punishment. Through this oldest system, we encourage and praise the outstanding ones, so that they can be better and forge ahead. For those who are not positive and have a negative impact, through this system, they will also constrain their casual behavior, so that they can grow up only to a height like a tree, which is more conducive to their growth.

 

All in all, unity is one of the essential conditions for a team! This is what a leader must understand. What's more, a leader must learn how to unite a team and how to improve the cohesion of a team! My answer-experience!
