Maximum length of a packet is 8K
More than 8188 bytes of data need to be split into multiple packets to transmit
The first 4 bytes of a packet are used to hold the length of the data being transmitted, and the next 8188 bytes is the data (4+8188=8192 bytes)
The second packet of 8192 bytes is all data
Calculation data requires several packages for transmission: (data length + 4 bytes) div 8192
Calculate the data length of the last packet: (data length + 4 bytes) mod 8192
