Environment: Windows 8.1
Steps:
Install Python
Install on http://python.org/download/Download windows version
Add the following path to the environment variable path:
C:\Python34\; C:\Python34\Scripts;
Install Development IDE Eclipse
: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Install the Eclipse plugin Pydev
start eclipse, Help->install New software->add
In the popup dialog, name fills Pydev, location http://pydev.org/updates/
Click Next and install

Configure Pydev
eclipse->window->preferences->pydev->interpreters->python Interpreter
new a Python interpreter, in the popup dialog box, interpreter name python2.7, interpreter executable fill D:\Python27
Installing Setuptools
Under Windows 8, run the following command to install through PowerShell:
(Invoke-webrequest https://bootstrap.pypa.io/ez_setup.py). Content | Python-
Windows 7 and the following installation methods reference Https://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools#windows-7-or-graphical-install
Install PIP
Run the following command under CMD
Easy_install pip
Installing Django
Pip Install Django
Setup is now ready to be developed with Eclipse new Django Project!
