Cannot copy or paste

You can copy a computer, but the paste button does not work. The solution on the internet is as follows:

 

Method 1: register the following DLL files again.
Regsvr32 shdocvw. dll
Regsvr32 shell32.dll (note that you do not need to enter this command First)
Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
Regsvr32 actxprxy. dll
Regsvr32 mshtml. dll
Regsvr32 urlmon. dll
The second command does not need to be input. After these commands are input, restart Windows.
Enter the second command again.
Method 2: issues with the comctl32.dll file.
This file may be replaced when you upgrade IE or windows. Maybe the new version of comctl32.dll has
Bug. Find a Windows installation CD, search for it, find a file named comctl32.dl _, and copy it
Use WinRAR to extract the file as the comctl32.dll file and overwrite the existing file.
(I don't know if there is any file in the 98 CD. I use the 2000 CD)
Method 3: An error occurred when registering regsvr32 oleaut32.dll with method 1 or an error occurred when registering regsvr32 oleaut32.dll again.
Extract the oleaut32.dll file from the Windows CD and use WinRAR in the mdac_ie5.cab package.
Extract and overwrite existing data.

I used the first method, registered the DLL file-the second is not registered, and then restarted.
