Preface I was not prepared to write this command, but an error occurred while using this command during script writing. Don't worry !! So I checked it and recorded it. Instance error sample [root @ nagios_scripts] # vim text 1 #! /Bin/sh 2 cat> test <EOF 3 haha 4 xixi 5 EOF (with spaces) [root @ nagios_scripts] # sh text: line 6: warning: here-document at line 2 delimited by end-of-file (wanted 'eof ') after modification [root @ nagios_scripts] # vim text 1 #! /Bin/sh 2 cat> test <EOF 3 haha 4 xixi 5 EOF (no space) [root @ nagios_scripts] # sh text [root @ nagios_scripts] # cat test hahahaxixi Note: When EOF has spaces, bash recognizes EOF as a string instead of an ending character !!
