With SVN pulled down projects, deployed Oracle Database (GBK encoding), deployed and published projects with Tomcat, garbled when accessing related Web pages. The conversion of Oracle's character encoding to Utf8,tomcat to UTF-8, and the redeployment of the release, still does not solve the problem. Later with the MySQL database and set up a good utf-8 encoding, garbled problem can be solved. Originally, when the database changed the code, the old data will be garbled in the database, so garbled problem can not be effectively resolved. Therefore, generally in the database creation should choose good coding, otherwise it will appear garbled, lost part of the data.
