There are two namespaces:

In this document scope, you can use
<Namespace: Book>... </namespace: Book>
To use the namespace tag.
If the namespace name is not specified, it indicates the default namespace of the label:
<Document xmlns = "http: // myweb">
It indicates the default namespace of the document tag and sub-tag. Of course, if the namespace is declared internally, the internal layer prevails.
