Command line fix MySQL Chinese garbled

Modify the My.ini file in the

[MySQL]

Default-character-set=gbk

[Mysqld]

# The default character set that would be used if a new schema or table is
# created and no character set is defined
Character-set-server=utf8

After modifying, restart MySQL. Results:

Mysql> Show variables like ' character_set% ';
