Comparison of like, Regexp, and in speed in MySQL

There is a table with more than 0.1 million data records. An example of a column of data is as follows:

100000-200000-300001

100000-200000-300002

100000-200001-300003

100000-200001-300004

100000-200002-300005

When the query data contains200001,

SQL: colname when using likeLike'% 8080', which takes about 4 seconds

SQL: colname when using regular expressionsRegexp'^. * 200001-. * $'. It takes about 2 seconds.

SQL when using in: substring_index (C6, '-',-2), "-", 1)In
(107003), about Ms

After comparison, sometimes the in speed is good!
