Configuration of ruijie in Linux

The configuration instructions for Ubuntu and centos are provided here. First give ruijie: http://code.google.com/p/mentohust/downloads/list

1. centos6.3 Configuration:

Select the corresponding version based on whether the computer is i386 (32-bit system) or x86_64 (64-bit system). Take 64-bit system as an example,

First downloadMentohust-0.3.4-2.el6.x86_64.rpm(Applicable to 64-bit centos6.3)

Then enter the rpm-IVH mentohust-0.3.4-2.el6.x86_64.rpm in the terminal

Modify the configuration file and enter:/etc/mentohust. conf.

Change the user name, password, IP address, and eth0 (or other eth1, which can be viewed through ifconfig-)

Enter sudo mentohust. Press enter in the terminal. authentication is successful.

Note: When configuring mentohust. config, you must enter your Nic, which is usually eth0.

Ii. configuration under Ubuntu:

First downloadMentohust_0.3.4-1_amd64.debFor 64-bit UBUNTU)

Enter sudo dpkg-I in the terminal.Mentohust_0.3.4-1_amd64.deb

After the installation is complete, enter sudo gedit/etc/mentohust. conf on the terminal.

Change User Name, password, IP address, eth0

Then sudo mentohust

 

3. How to turn mentohust into a system process:

Enter suod mentohust-B3-Y5-W in the terminal, set mentohust to daemon, and save the output to/tmp/mentohust. log.

Then enter sudo chmod U + S/usr/bin/mentohust in the terminal.

Enter mentohust in the system.
