Why is that difficult? I 'd like to talk about my point of view from my own perspective:

 

In a small team, there are two or three fewer people and eight or nine more people. How can we make the team more harmonious and maintain continuous combat effectiveness?

 

First of all, the team should be well-formed, and the relationship between several people should be good. If there are many things to talk about at ordinary times, it is easy to achieve the goal of team harmony, however, you should always pay attention to avoiding the negative effects of some conflicts in your life and work. At this time, the role of the group leader becomes very subtle, because you can leave yourself alone. Of course, you can also spend more time paying attention to the feelings of team members. In fact, most of the time, you only need to understand each other. 90% of the conflicts are caused by misunderstandings, however, it is difficult for us to control our personal emotions. If there is a "person coming from here" to give us some advice, it will be a breeze! Therefore, for colleagues around us, there is indeed a clear line between life and work, but for leaders and members, this line needs to be blurred, because we shoulder more than just the responsibilities at work, we have more obligations to help our subordinates.

 

Let's simply explain how the team's combat capability can be sustained. When there are many team members, how to divide the work, how to supervise the tasks of the members becomes an important task for the leaders, because once the task allocation encounters problems, some people are busy, the problem also arises, which may not only lead to internal conflicts within the team, but also lead to a sharp reduction in the combat effectiveness of Members, because the subordinates may think less about their task arrangements. Of course, one of the tasks of leadership is to cultivate the self-discipline consciousness of members, and to organically combine work and study. The so-called idle, idle, and tight, encourage members to charge themselves in a timely manner after work, and focus on work-related content. personal interests are also acceptable. However, if this is appropriate, team sharing becomes very simple!

 

I usually think more and think more about how to become a successful and respected leader by myself as a small Member, because when we change our position, our subconscious has changed, the problem also becomes complicated. Why not invest too much and benefit more?
