Copy an entire row or column in a Word 2007 table

In the WORD2007 document table, the user can copy the cells and contents of the table, depending on the actual needs, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and select the entire line or collation that you want to copy. Then right-click the selected row or column and select Copy from the Open shortcut menu, as shown in Figure 2009011501.

Step 2nd, right-click the cell in the table, select Paste row or paste column from the Open shortcut menu, and the copied cell will be pasted to the top of the current line or to the left of the front row, as shown in Figure 2009011502.
