1. Stop dbconsole
$ Emctl stop dbconsole
Check the status and confirm that dbconsole is stopped.
$ Emctl status dbconsole
2. Modify the passwords of sysman and dbsnmp users
$ Sqlplus/as sysdba
SQL> alter user sysman identified by xxx;
SQL> alter user dbsnmp identified by yyy;
Unlock a user
SQL> alter user sysman account unlock;
SQL> alter user dbsnmp account unlock;
Confirm that the password has been modified
SQL> conn sysman/xxx;
Connected.
SQL> conn dbsnmp/yyy;
Connected.
3. modify the configuration file
(Associated with sysman)
Go to the $ Oracle_HOME/(host) _ (sid)/sysman/config directory.
A. Save emoms. properties as emoms. properties. old.
B. Modify the emoms. properties file.
Find oracle. sysman. eml. mntr. emdRepPwd = and replace the encrypted string with the password xxx you just changed;
Find oracle. sysman. eml. mntr. emdRepPwdEncrypted = TRUE and change TRUE to FALSE.

Go to the $ ORACLE_HOME/(host) _ (sid)/sysman/emd directory.
$ Cp targets. xml targets. xml. bak
$ Vi targets. xml
Modify the following code:
Use the new dbsnmp password to replace the Value of the password listed above, and change the Value of ENCRYPTED to FALSE.
4. Restart dbconsole and access EM to restore normal
$ Emctl start dbconsole
