There are two places in the GUI where you can create a network:

1. Project--Network-- Networks
This is where the average user creates the network in their own tenant.

2. Admin-Networks
This is where admin creates the network.

We have created the "First_local_net" in the first way, and this section will create the local network "Second_local_net" in the second way.

The menu path is admin-Networks, which is accessible only to admin users.

Click the "Create Network" button.

You can see a few different places to create a network with ordinary users:

1. You can choose which Project (tenant) the network belongs to.

2. You can select the network type.

3. You can specify whether the network is shared with other Project.

4. You can specify whether to external network.

This way, it gives the admin user the flexibility to create the network, and we'll create the network in this way later.

Click "Create Network" to create a successful second_local_net.

Click on the Second_local_net link, go to the Network Configuration page, there is no subnet, click the "Create Subnet" button.

Set the IP address to "172.16.1.0/24".

Click "Next" to set the IP address range to 172.16.1.101-172.16.1.200.

Click "Create" and the subnet is created successfully.

View the network structure of the control node, add the second_local_net corresponding bridge brq161e0b25-58, and the DHCP tap device tapae547b6b-2a.
