There are two places in the GUI where you can create a network:1. Project--network--networks this is where ordinary users create the Network in their own tenant.

2. Admin-Networks This is where admin creates the Network.

Click "Next", Create the subnet, named "subnet_172_16_1_0", the address is "172.16.1.0/24" if the Gateway IP is not set, the default is subnet the first ip, that is, 172.16.1.1.

Click "Next", Set subnet IP address range for 172.16.1.2-172.16.1.100,instance IP will be assigned from Here. The default is enable DHCP, and you can also set subnet DNS and add static route Entries.
