Delete files in all subdirectories under DOS

In the server maintenance process, we often need to do this: delete a directory in all subdirectories of all files or some form of file, this time, in the Windows folder to remove the weak. It can be easily done under DOS:

1. Start-run –cmd– OK

2. Delete all the. log.gz format log files in all subdirectories under the E:\webhosting\wwwroot\ directory

DEL/S/f/q e:\webhosting\wwwroot\*.log.gz

3. Delete all files in all subdirectories under E:\webhosting\wwwroot\ directory

DEL/S/f/q E:\webhosting\wwwroot\*.*

/s All directory/F Force Delete read-only file/q Quiet mode

Method Two:

Rd e:\webhosting\wwwroot/s/q will also delete the Wwwroot directory at this time
