Cursor: Hand cursor: pointer have the same effect. They all look like the cursor pointing to a link, and the cursor turns into a hand line.
Cursor: Hand: IE is fully supported. But it is not supported in Firefox and does not work.
Cursor: pointer: is the standard of css2.0. So Firefox is supported, but ie5.0 is not supported in earlier versions. IE6 is supported.
Conclusion: It is convenient to use cursor: pointer.
