A few days ago, there was a project: through the TV card to provide live video services to users in the network. After successfully installing the software, when the TV search starts, the software starts to prompt "audio equipment unavailable ". go to the Sound Management Control Device and find that no sound device is found. Go to the Device Manager and find that the sound card is properly installed. Go to "dxdiag" and check that the sound card resources are occupied. for this reason, it is deemed that dx is corrupted and the installation fails to be downloaded again. after one night, Google and Baidu did not have any correct solution. The next day, they went to the data center to redo the system. Everything went normally to the rack, and Remote Management found that this problem had become depressing ~~~

After the monitor is connected to the rack server, the sound card is normal and all functions are normal. Therefore, the principle of Windows Remote Desktop is analyzed, and the local user permission is higher than the remote permission due to the Login User priority problem, used by the sound card resources. solution:

1. Use audio data to redirect

Start-run and enter "gpedit. msc" to go to group policy management.
"Local Computer" policy-Computer Configuration-management template-terminal configuration-client/server data redirection-Allow audio redefinition-enabled-OK
Restart the server.

2. Use third-party software for remote management.

Such as Radmin

3. You can enter mstsc/console in the command line to run the remote terminal when using remote desktop.
