The powerful group policy function is self-evident for every system administrator. The following is a tips for introducing the Group Policy, that is, setting a group policy to prevent the system from shutting down the system before the user logs in.
Many friends will press "Windows + L" on the keyboard to lock the computer when they need to leave their desk temporarily. When they come back, they only need to enter the login password to continue with the work they just did, it is easy to operate and prevents others from messing with computers.
However, there is also a "shut down the computer" on the system lock page. If you are interested in canceling the button on the lock interface, try the following method.
Click Start> Run. In the displayed dialog box, enter GPEDIT. MSC, and press enter to open the Group Policy Editor. Expand the "Computer Configuration> Windows Settings> Security Settings> Local Policy> Security Options" branch, and find the "shutdown: Allow shutdown before Logon" option in the right pane, double-click.
In the displayed Properties dialog box, set the attribute to "disabled". Click "OK" and close the Group Policy Editor.
Now press "Windows + L" on the keyboard to lock the computer, and the "Close computer" button in the lower-left corner of the screen disappears.
It's easy to use the Group Policy to prevent users from shutting down their systems before they log in. More knowledge about group policies needs to be learned and consolidated.
