This is actually a problem in background settings. open the background -- user group -- select any user group that you want to have the permission to -- edit -- Forum -- Post-related.

At the bottom of the post-related permission settings, you can set the pre-posting time permission to yes.

II. implementation method

After the background permissions are set, a "timed release" button is displayed at the bottom of the editing box when you post a new post or edit a post on the foreground. Click set prerelease time to implement scheduled release.
