Do not use a floppy drive or optical drive to go To the DOS detailed process

In the Windows 2003/XP/2000/NT System, the best way to enter the pure DOS system without a soft drive or optical drive is to install vfloppy 1.5. In contrast to Version 1.0, vfloppy of version 1.5 adds a startup image file that supports NTFS file system operations under DOS.
1. Install vfloppy 1.5

In the Windows 2003/XP/2000/ntsystem, uncompress the downloaded vfloppy.rar, double-click vfloppy.exe to open the installer, as shown in Figure 1

In, use the default "C: \ Boot" as the storage path. no matter whether the drive C is a FAT32 File System or the NTFS file system, startup will be affected; the configuration file refers to the boot configuration file of the current system. INI, usually in the C root directory, so use the default "C: \ Boot. INI. The displayed text is the content of the DOS option displayed on the Startup menu, you can change "from a virtual boot floppy disk" to the content you like (for example, in the dosfolder, I choose not to change the image file. In the downloaded vfloppy.rar, there are two floppy disk image files, one being bootdisk. IMG is the 98 boot disk image file, and another NTFS. IMG is a floppy disk image file that allows graphical operations on the NTFS file system in DOS. It can also specify other floppy disk image files.
Click the button on the right of "Image File" to select the path for storing the image file. The window shown in 2 is displayed.

The program directory is opened by default. Select the image file as needed, but note the following: Select bootdisk. IMG, after DOS is started, only fat or FAT32 File System partitions can be operated and read to the content of the optical drive. NTFS file system partitions cannot be seen. NTFS is selected. IMG can only perform operations on NTFS file system partitions after DOS is started. The fat or FAT32 File System partitions and optical drive content cannot be seen. Select the image file and click "open", as shown in figure 3.

Click "application". The installation is successful, as shown in figure 4. The virtual boot floppy disk is a green software and does not leave any content in the registry or "Add/delete programs.

Ii. Start the DOS process when bootdisk. IMG is selected
If you select bootdisk. IMG when selecting an image file, after you select "start from virtual boot floppy disk" during startup, press the Enter key to quickly display the boot screen as shown in figure 8.

Iii. Start the DOS process when NTFS. IMG is selected
If you select NTFS. IMG when selecting an image file, after you select "start from virtual boot floppy disk" during startup, press the Enter key to quickly display the boot screen as shown in Figure 10.

Select the partition to enter. If you select a non-NTFS file system partition, an error message is displayed. Use the direction key to select a partition and press the Enter key, as shown in Figure 11.

4. Uninstall vfloppy 1.5
The virtual boot floppy disk is a green software and does not leave any content in the registry or "Add/delete programs. First, go to the installation path (Open drive C), such as 14, and delete the boot directory.
