1. Download the program
Install package https://github.com/boot2docker/windows-installer/releases (this address domestic download is very slow)
Use this: https://get.daocloud.io/toolbox/
Be sure to choose the latest version of the installation, or the subsequent launch will have an update process, will be very slow, or even update. Select the Dockertoolbox-1.10.3.exe download package here.
After downloading, click Install, choose a good installation path, the default way to install it. The installation path I chose is: D:\Program files\docker Toolbox
After installation, the desktop will generate three software.
Oracle VM virtualbox,kitematic (Alpha), Docker Quickstart Terminal.
2. Setting Environment variables
Path=c:\program Files\git\bin
3. Start Docker
Method one: Input in cmd: sh
Enter the shell's interface, and then enter start.sh
In fact, this step is to start the start.sh in D:\Program files\docker Toolbox.
Method Two: Direct click Desktop Shortcut: Docker Quickstart Terminal
6. Using the SSH tool for connection management
Open the remote Connection tool, here is putty, enter the displayed ip:192.168.99.100, account, password is: docker/tcuser
Boot2docker The default user name is Docker, and the password is tcuser. Boot2docker sets up a host-only network adapter that provides access to the container's ports.
