After looking at EDAs help, the solution is as follows:

1) Open the submit file with Acrobat Pro, open the file-"properties" or directly ctrl+d, open the dialog box and find the "Font" option box;

2) in the list, make sure that all fonts are "embedded" or "embedded in a subset of fonts", and that no embedded font names are recorded;

3) in Word, in the PDF printer properties settings, in the "Adobe PDF Settings" tab, click the "Edit" button

4) Remove the non-embedded font from the list and save it as a profile


5) in the Word PDF printer settings, apply this configuration file

6) Re-print, everything is done.

Replace fonts that are not embedded with fonts that can be embedded.
