1. Establish a tracking table as follows:

2, select the Status column, establish the data validation as a sequence, "open,closed", so that the drop-down menu selection status;

3. Select the "C" column for which you want to set conditions, set the conditional format according to the graph, i.e. "C" column content is "close",

The cell is grayed out and explained here = ($C 1= "Close"), where $c is the "C" column for the qualified format reference.

The no dollar sign indicates that conditional formatting is conditional based on the column C cell value of the corresponding row.

4, select C2, then click the Format brush, then select "A3:d100", "D?" Own, will be "a3:d100" the selected cell format batch settings;

5, the Row Status column cells fill in the state, "OPEN" or "close", you can see the corresponding row status changes.
