Http://www.helpdiy.com/bbs/redirect.php? Tid = 208 & goto = lastpost & fpage = 1 & SID = t2vqox of course my computer is not powered off because I deleted the data file I created while doing table space exercises,
Log On As sysdba using sys
Sqlplus/nolog
SQL> connect sys/user password as sysdba
SQL> shutdown normal
SQL> startup Mount
SQL> alter database open
SQL> shutdown normal
SQL> startup
Result
SQL> alter database open
2;
Alter database open
*
Row 3 has an error:
ORA-01157: unable to identify/lock Data File 5-see dbwr trace file
ORA-01110: Data File 5: 'f:/Oracle/test01.dbf'
From this we can see that it was caused by my data file deletion operation. What should I do?
The following is a map of my command line, hopefully not too messy.
ORA-01157: unable to identify/lock Data File 5-see dbwr trace file
ORA-01110: Data File 5: 'f:/Oracle/test01.dbf'
SQL> alter database create datafile 5;
The database has been changed.
SQL> conn Scott/Tiger
Error:
ORA-01033: Oracle initialization or shutdown in progress
Warning: you are no longer connected to Oracle.
SQL> alter database datafile 5 offline drop;
SP2-0640: not connected
SQL> conn sys/Oracle
Error:
ORA-01033: Oracle initialization or shutdown in progress
SQL> conn sys/Oracle AS sysdba;
Connected.
SQL> alter database datafile 5 offline drop;
The database has been changed.
SQL> conn Scott/Tiger
Error:
ORA-01033: Oracle initialization or shutdown in progres
Why are the same errors returned? Repeat the above steps and you will find
ORA-01157: unable to identify/lock data file 6-see dbwr trace file
ORA-01110: data file 6: 'f:/Oracle/test01.dbf'
This error is the same as the one shown above. However, it is clear that it is data file 6 rather than data file 5,
Then, continue with SQL> alter database create datafile 6;
I know that you have repeated the above steps and found that you can log on with Scott. In fact, you have deleted several data files and you have to delete them several times.
