When we enter English in PowerPoint, we find that there are some red wavy lines underneath, because we turn on the AutoCorrect feature, which prompts you for some misspelled words and quickly changes to the correct spelling. But, in some cases, we just want to be wrong, so how do we set it?
① start PowerPoint2003, click the menu bar-tools-AutoCorrect options.
② pop-up AutoCorrect dialog box, we can make relevant settings, such as correcting the first two consecutive letters, uppercase, and so on. We click on the exception button.
③ If the user wants to create an exception to capitalize the first letter of the word, you can type a word or abbreviation that you do not want to have a capital letter in the First Letter tab, under not later. And then click Add.
④ If the user wants to create an exception that corrects two initial capitals, under the top two consecutive Capitals tab, type the words and phrases that you do not want to automatically correct the changes. then click Add.
When you are sure, close the dialog box, and when you enter an exception word in the document, no red or other wavy lines will appear, and the system will not be automatically corrected.
