Fedora Beta improves network manager functionality

Fedora Heisenbug released a beta version. If all goes well, the official version will be released on December 10. Developers encourage users to download a trial. Fedora 20 release coincides with Fedora's 10 anniversary: the first version of Fedora Core 1 was released on November 6, 2003.
