Fix Libmcrypt was not found, unable to install MCrypt

Online a server installed LNMP environment, installation libmcrypt successful, install MCrypt error occurred:

CD/USR/LOCAL/SRC/TAR-ZXVF libmcrypt-2.5.7.tar.gzcd libmcrypt-2.5.7./configuremake && make installcd/usr/ LOCAL/SRC/TAR-ZXVF MCRYPT-2.6.8.TAR.GZCD Mcrypt-2.6.8./configure

Error Details:
