Flexible organization of custom toolbars in WPS 2007

One, the deletion toolbar button

WPS 2007 The default display is not too many toolbars, but some of the buttons in the toolbar may not be what we need, so this deletion is still necessary. For example, we want to remove the Send mail button in the Standard toolbar. Just click the menu command "tools → customize" To open the Customize dialog box. Click the Command tab, and then in the command bar Drop-down list on the left, confirm that the normal toolbar is selected. Then select the "Common" item in the lower list, and select the "Send Mail" command in the command list on the right, remove the current hook, or click the "-" button in the lower-right corner of the dialog box. As shown in Figure 1. When you close the dialog box, you can see that there is no "Send mail" button on the Standard toolbar.

After a few days, if you regret again, want to put this button back again, that is also simple. or open just the "Custom" dialog box, directly click on the lower left corner of the "Reset" button, in the Pop-up confirmation box click the "OK" button, you can make the button back.

Second, add and edit buttons

What if we want to add a button? That's easy, for example, if we add a link Calculator button to the Standard toolbar, just click the button to open the calculator with Windows.

Click menu command "tools → customize" To open the Customize dialog box. Still select the "common" item in the list on the left, and then select the "Send Mail" command (other commands) in the list on the right, and then click the "+" command in the lower-right corner to open the Add dialog box, as shown in Figure 2. Still select the common item on the left, the Send Mail command is selected in the right-hand list, and then click OK to close the dialog box.
