People like the 3D effect, but also like bright, shiny, graphic and so on. Today, we will combine both of these popular styles to create an extruded 3D text gloss effect in Photoshop. Let's get started!
Step 1
Create a new file using the 400px.
Step 2
Fills the background with a color #011923. Now, add some noise, go to filter > Noise > Add Noise. 2% is OK.
Step 3
Create a new layer and select the Elliptical Marquee tool (M). Add a 150-pixel feather and drag a shape as shown in the following illustration.
