Agility is an idea

There are various ideas in software engineering to combat the increase in complexity. agile is one of them.

 

After attending the agile preliminary training on Monday, Fido has been emphasizing that "agility is an idea ".

 

Everyone can understand everything they think. For example, I think that although "Pair programming" is creative, it is better to write it first, and then the two people jointly perform "code review ".

 

Conclusion: Be clear, expect, output, feedback, and improvement.

 

1. First, you should be clear about how to do things as a whole. Even if you do not require detailed documentation before implementing an algorithm, module, or software, you 'd better understand various situations and branches;

 

2. Then you have an expectation for the time and the output. "One of the reasons for getting lost is probably that you don't know where to go ." You don't know what time to output, so the time overhead and achievements cannot be guaranteed;

 

3. Even if the construction period is delayed and the target is not completed, the output is still required. Seeing the results as soon as possible can effectively reduce your negative mood and lay a foundation for feedback and improvement;
