Chinese search engine access rebounded in March

According to the latest iUserTracker data from the iUserTracker system for user behavior research conducted by Internet users in iResearch, the monthly visits to Chinese search engine websites in January 2007 were 4.49 billion, down December 2006 from 4.8%, in February 2007, the total number of visits per month dropped by 4.48 billion, down January from 0.3%. In March, the total number of visits to Chinese search engines rebounded, reaching the highest 5.54 billion.
According to iResearch, the number of visits to search engine websites declined in and, mainly due to the influence of the Spring Festival holiday, during this period, students and "office workers" are on holiday. As the number of users who use the Internet to obtain information decreases significantly, the number of Internet visits to search engine websites decreases. In March, the total number of visits started to warm up, largely thanks to the return of search engine users' holidays.
