Creative Techniques

The creative implementation of the main use of Photoshop diffusion filter, Gaussian blur filter, lighting effects and other filters.

Action steps are as follows

(1) Create a new 175x200 pixel size file, the color mode is RGB.

(2) Set the foreground color and background to the default black and white, then use the filter "cloud" in the background layer, and adjust the color level of the image appropriately.

(3) Next, select a brush or airbrush tool, select a suitable size brush (but be sure to select a very soft edge of the brush), and then create a new alpha 1 channel, and write the word "beach" on it.

(4) If you think the use of the mouse to write is not very good-looking, you can choose the tool directly in the channel input text, but remember that the text input, the text should be properly blurred to get and use a soft brush to write the same effect.

(5) Copy the Alpha 1 channel to alpha 1 and then use the stylized → diffuse filter in the Alpha 1 copy channel.

(6) using several "diffusion" filters, you can press Ctrl+f to perform the same filter quickly and continuously.

(7) Load the selection in Alpha 1 in the Alpha 1 clone and then "Gaussian blur" the image in the selection and set the blur radius to 4.1.

(8) Do not cancel the selection, and then use the "image → adjust → reverse" (or press Ctrl+i) to reverse the image, and adjust the image brightness value is +33 and the contrast value is +32, at this point, the image effect as shown in the figure.

(9) Back to the background layer, use the filter "lighting effect", in the dialog box settings as shown in the figure.

(10) The resulting image effect as shown in the picture. You can also use the image →adjustments (adjust) →photo filter (Photo filter) in Photoshop CS, and in the Open dialog box, select the filter as deep yellow, giving the sand golden yellow.
