Solution:
Search for page ID and module ID
The page ID is very easy to find. Open the page and check the URL address.
Module ID Search: Select * From modules where moduletitle like '% entry %'; use like to find possible modules.
Based on the following address:
Http://www.your.com/default.aspx? Tabid = yourpageid & Mid = yourmoduleid & CTL = Edit
Go to the management address directly, OK.
