The recipient list that you create by using Word 2010 is an Access database file (a guide to creating a recipient list in a Word 2010 document) that allows users to open and edit the list using an Access database system, or in Word The recipient list is edited directly in the 2010 document. This tutorial takes the example of editing a recipient list in Word 2010, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window and switch to the mail ribbon. Click the Select Recipient button in the Start Mail Merge group, and select the Use existing List command from the Open menu, as shown in Figure 2011080101.

Step 2nd, in the Open Select Data Source dialog box, locate and select the list of recipients you created beforehand, and click the Open button, as shown in Figure 2011080102.
