Workaround from: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7088441/the-identity-used-to-sign-the-executable-is-no-longer-valid/14275197
Restarting Xcode didn ' t work for me. What fixed it for me is going to Accounts in Xcode (in preferences), Details for my developer account then clicking the R Efresh icon at lower left. That loaded a new team provisioning profiles, which apparently was needed ... yeah. We shouldn ' t has to deal with this Apple. Microsoft used to does this stuff to developers, don ' t go there. –ESKIM0 Mar 9 at 3:34
Steps:
- Open Xcode configuration (Xcode-Preferences ... )
- Select the Accounts page, select your Apple ID, point to the bottom right of the "view detail..." button
- Click the Refresh button in the lower left corner, wait for the refresh to complete, click the "done" button, close the Xcode configuration window
- Recompile the run project, if a repair window appears, "fix issue" button
There are other workarounds, see the link above.
