Internal Server error Error resolution for local Wampserver

Problem Solving methods:
First, the local wamp debug URL rewrite, add the htaccess file prompt: Internal Server Error ..., and delete this file site can be normal access, in fact, there is no URL rewrite function. Open it and you can.
Workaround for htaccess error under Wamp:
