This step applies to computers pre-installed with Windows 8 or new OS pre-installed with the UEFI BIOS
First, the first step is to back up all the important data of the computer and shut down the computer completely. After the computer is shut down, press the one-click recovery button to start the computer. There are four options on the screen. You can choose BIOS setup to enter the BIOS settings menu.
Step 2: Go to the BIOS settings menu and find the Last Exit tab on the top. Find the OS optimizied defaults tab and change the option from Win8 64bit to other OS. Press enter.
Step 3: after the modification is complete, press F9 or FN + F9 on the keyboard. A line of yes and no appears, prompting you to select YES and press Enter.
Step 4: move the cursor to the boot tab again to change the Boot Mode option to legacy support
Change the boot priority option to legacy first.
Step 5: move the cursor to the routing aion tab on the left and change the SATA controller mode to compatitible (Change ahci to compatitible ), after modification, press F10 or FN + F10 to save the settings for confirmation.
Step 6, please insert the installation device (such as a USB flash drive or an installation disc), repeatedly press F12 or FN + F12 at startup, select a USB flash drive or a CD, and repeatedly press the Enter key to enter the Operating System Installation Guide Interface
Step 7: this is a very critical step. If you use the installation disc to delete all the displayed partitions when installing and selecting partitions, do not leave them, (The purpose is to change the factory GPT partition to MBR partition) and then re-divide the partition and follow the steps for normal system installation to start system installation.
