I tested my ASP program on Windows XP sp2+iis 5.1.
I have a good habit of playing Microsoft patches in time.
But after the title of the patch, which causes IIS to not run, Event Viewer has the following error: The World Wide Web Publishing Service stopped because of the following error:
The specified program could not be found.
