Fault symptom:
When you use Outlook 2007, you suddenly find that the hyperlink in the email cannot be opened. The error message "due to local restrictions, this operation has been canceled. Please contact the system administrator ." I thought it was a problem with the link itself, but after many tests, I found that the URL and email links could not be opened. In addition, similar problems occur in other Office components such as Word and Excel.
Cause analysis:
This problem may be caused by the modification of the key/secret value in the Central Registry. When using some third-party software, the registry key values are modified. If these key values are not restored during uninstallation, an error occurs.
Solution:
1. Close the problematic program first. Open the Start menu, type regedit.exe in the start search bar, and press enter to open the registry editor.
2. Next, find the following Registry key, right-click it, and select "delete ".
