Oracle error: ORA-18008: unable to find OUTLN Solution

Connect to Oracle today error: ORA-18008: can not find the OUTLN solution, the day before yesterday also used well, now no matter query any SQL statement or click list view will pop up the error prompt, busy for a while, finally, the solution is recorded.

Problem: ORA-18008: The OUTLN solution cannot be found.

Cause: the outln user is deleted by mistake.

Database Version: Oracle 10g (10.2.0.3.0)

Solution:

1. Start oracle to the mount status (SQL command: startup mount ;)

SQL> startup mount;
ORA-01031: insufficient Permissions

Note: Haha, I am prompted that the permission is insufficient. It doesn't matter. Log On with the system account ..

SQL> connect/as sysdba;
Connected.

SQL> startup mount;
ORA-01081: unable to start ORACLE that is already running-Close it first

SQL> shutdown immediate;

The ORACLE routine has been disabled.

SQL> startup mount;
The ORACLE routine has been started.
