Oracle itself supports various processing of big data types, but it is not commonly used, among which clob (usually used for access to large types of structured data) and blob (generally used for access to large binary types) I think it should be used less. So I wrote this blog post mainly to operate these two data types of files, such as saving these files into the database and reading these files to the local disk.
