1. In the CMD command window of the Oracle server, enter LSNRCTL start to determine whether the listener is started.

2. Started. Enter oracle_sid = [Your connected Sid], for example, oracle_sid = mydb.

3. Input sqlplus/nolog to log in without outputting logs

4. Enter Conn/As sysdba, and the connection to the idle routine is displayed.

5. Output startup, indicating that the Oracle routine has been started.
