PE Builder Operation Introduction

Barts PE Builder is another good tool for making system maintenance discs. So how does this tool operate?

Before using Barts PE Builder to make system maintenance discs, you first need to install the necessary installation settings, as described in the following procedure.

First, run Barts PE Builder V3.1.10 Setup program, complete the installation process according to the default settings. Note In the Final Completion Wizard page, uncheck the Launch pe Builder (run PE Builder) check box, and click the Finish button.

Second, open the Program installation folder (usually c:pebuilder3110), the Chinese plug-in CHS folder copied to the Plugin folder.

Third, rename the ERD2002 folder to ERD2005 in the plugin folder. Then go to the ERD folder and change 2002 of the three file names to 2005.

Four, double hit open Erd2005.inf file, in the Open Notepad window, click the edit → replace menu command, open the Replace dialog box. Enter 2002 in the Find What box, and then enter 2005 in the Replace with edit box, click Replace All, and save the file.

In the ERD2005 folder, right-click the Erd2005_nu2menu.xml file and select Edit to open the file. The replace operation in the Notepad window replaces all 2002 with 2005.

In the Start menu, click All Programs →pe builder→pe Builder menu item, run PE Builder. Click the I agree (I agree) button directly in the Open PE Builder License (PE Builder License) dialog box.

Open the Search Files dialog box to indicate whether the user is searching for a Windows installation source file. To save the operation time, click the No button.

Eight, enter the main interface of the program, click the Options menu command builder→. Open the Options dialog box and click the Change button.

Open the Open dialog box, click to select the CHINESE_CHS.LNG option in the automatically entered Lang folder, and click the Open button.

Ten, return to the Options dialog box, click the OK button. Prompts the user to close the program in the Open Information Message dialog box. Click OK to rerun PE Builder to discover that its menu commands have changed to Simplified Chinese.
