Photoshop makes cool flame spot portrait effect

The effect chart is very cool, when making the character contour with the filter first, then bring up the contour selection and change to the path, and then use the Set brush stroke path to get a set of spots, respectively, extract the contour and spot selection, and copy the image in the background picture; handle the light and shade, color, polish, get the desired effect.

Final effect

1, open the original material, press CTRL + J to copy a layer of background layer, get layer 1. Perform on Layer 1: Filters > Styling > Lighting edges, setting: 5/6/12. When you are sure, press CTRL + Shift + U to color.

2, enter the channel panel, press CTRL + LEFT mouse button click RGB channel thumbnail to call out the selection, point path panel, select the Generate work path from selection button, so just the selection is turned into a working path, the process is as follows figure.

To facilitate the observation of the next effect, create a new blank layer and fill it with black, as shown below.

3, using just a good work path to "stroke path." New blank layer, named "1", the brush is white, press F5 the Brush Settings panel, parameter settings and effect of the following figure.
