Privoxy hint privoxy 404 No Such Domain Solution

Source: Internet

404 No Such Domain error, as mentioned in the Privoxy FAQ, but the author only mentions possible causes and fails to provide solutions.
On my OpenSUSE 13.1 system, this error can be reproduced in the following steps (the author you are insane):
The instructions for forwarding to the SOCKS server by Privoxy Configure the use of the SOCKS agent

Delete a forward-socks5/127.0.0.1:9999 in config file

Reboot the OpenSUSE system without disconnecting the SSH connection

Open Firefox

After that, all the URLs that Firefox opens will return 404 No Such Domain error, except Privoxy configuration address HTTP://P.P.
And if I forbid Firefox to go Privoxy agent, then everything is normal. But that's not my goal. Restarting the system does not solve the problem.
Finally found the solution simply to fall below the glasses, is to restart Privoxy. Execute command under OpenSUSE:

sudo rcprivoxy restart

Of course, it is also possible to restart Privoxy in a visual Services Manager under OpenSUSE.
