No matter how long I hope that the time will stop in an instant, the years will eventually bring me to July 31, a special day for me. Today, I have been working for ten years. Looking back on the past ten years, there are too many things worth remembering. On this day, I dreamed of describing the memories in my mind in clumsy words, but when this day comes, I suddenly find that there are too many clues to write, so I just want to record some details. I hope that the next decade will be exhausted or confused, occasionally, I can see my previous notes, which can bring me some fresh memories.

 

In 2002 of August, I stepped into the door of Shanghai Airlines and started my it life for ten years. Now I think that new college students have just graduated from a new company and are full of vigor and vitality and desire for a new life. But at that time, I was completely in chaos, confused about the future, and looked a little depressed. I think I was a model of failure at that time. I took the college entrance examination to an unsatisfactory University. My biggest dream after college entrance examination was to fly to the United States through TOEFL and GRE. However, just as soon as I graduated, I found that it was just a distant dream. When I was a senior, I experienced another postgraduate entrance exam failure. When I was looking for a job, I always felt inferior because of my school. At that time, my character was really bad. inferiority and timeness caused my melancholy personality. And because no one has given directions in front, they are always closed in their own circles.

 

Undoubtedly, I am lucky. During my work on the air, I met several leaders and guides that I think are the best so far, I was greatly improved in my personal experience. At the same time, I met three good partners, stars, butterflies and leaves, who were called the four-person gang at that time, sometimes we will also call this small group as a meteor, butterfly, and sword. After a long period of time, we will celebrate each anniversary together. Now I feel that the past few years of my work on air travel have really been the happiest days of the past decade.

 

I still vaguely remember that on the first day of August 1, I met Chen qiuming in the elevator. A very tall man was my direct manager. At that time, we had very few departments, and there were only 18 new leaders and four of us. Because there are few people, almost all of us have leaders who teach us in person. Only by the fact that the leaders teach us in person can we have the opportunity to learn their ideas from the leaders. I think I was lucky, because at that time I had nothing but to write programs. Although the technology is not very good, Mr Chen has a clear idea of how to do things and has strategic advantages and superior leadership. He took me to the project, taught me project management, worked with me to solve problems encountered in the project, even negotiated with the manufacturer, signed contracts, and managed the project budget, under his guidance, I also made a model. During that time, my communication and negotiation skills were greatly improved, and I learned the ideas of leaders quickly because I was good at imitating them, it's also an appreciation of the leaders (entertaining yourself, hey ). Another leader in our department became my idol, Cheng weiguang. His technology can be said to make our department the best. Almost all technical difficulties cannot be solved by him. Similarly, Mr. Cheng is also a leader who is good at negotiation and management. I think I have made such great progress in my work in just a few years. It is really related to the two leaders and the teaching of Teacher Li (our assistant general manager), who later became my direct supervisor. However, I have to admit that there is luck in it. My colleagues who have been behind me for a year or two later did not receive direct guidance from the leaders. I think their progress is obviously not as fast as that of me.

 

Shanghai Airlines has his own unique advantages and, of course, its weaknesses. Because the aviation industry itself is greatly affected by the peripheral environment, the company's profitability is unstable, and the state-owned enterprise system and mechanism are not flexible, so the treatment of the airline is not high. At that time, the information technology department had a very large flow of personnel, and I always felt that the leadership was good to me and I had no idea how to move. Now I think that although I 've always thought that I was lost when I saw too many things I shouldn't see in the Star Alliance office after leaving for air, I think that after careful consideration, I found that the treatment problem accounted for the majority of the elements that left.

 

There are many factors that trigger my resignation. One of them is because I read a book called "circle trap", which describes the work of many foreign companies, I am full of fantasies about foreign companies. Another important reason is that at that time, I felt that my technical skills were not enough. I also wanted to go to an internationally renowned software company for training. At that time, I met an SAP HR, I submitted my resume for the interview, but the interview was successful. At the beginning, the packages provided by SAP were very attractive. At the beginning, I felt very excited that I could go to a first-class internationally renowned company and get a good salary. This was a rare opportunity. Now, to improve the technology to go to sap, this idea is naive. Although my technical capabilities have been greatly improved over the past three years in SAP, and my self-confidence in handling technical problems has also been greatly improved, what is the purpose? My communication, business understanding, and project management skills are useless in SAP and in current organizations.

 

Looking back at my work for ten years, the moment when I was about to enter sap when I was leaving for the first time, it was the best time for me to look forward to the future. When I sang "a young Battlefield" at a farewell meeting from the International Department, I felt like I was standing at the peak of my career. However, my dream was my dream after all.
