The concept of remote management is very simple, that is, to allow the network management to access the management interface of the router through the Internet using IE. Because Qno's enterprise routers have firewall functions, service requirements from the wide area network are usually rejected. Therefore, remote management is required, you must enable this function on the Enterprise router.

Network Management allows you to go to the enterprise router management interface. Click the "firewall configuration" menu of Qno xiaonuo enterprise router to view the "Basic settings" page, there is a "Remote Configuration Management function", which activates the function and stores the configuration to perform remote management. Network administrators can directly enter the wan ip address of the enterprise router in the URL bar at home, and then enter the user name and password to manage the network.

Note: When Remote Management is enabled, the default username "admin" and password "admin" of the original factory vro cannot support remote logon, management personnel can modify the original factory user name and password to support remote management. The remote configuration management function must be activated before it can take effect. Generally, the factory is disabled. This feature is also used when the technical support of xiaonuo performs remote services.

It is worth mentioning that because common web applications use port 80, it is easy to enter the user name and password page if you are interested, this increases the risk of external intrusion. To prevent external users from finding the remote configuration portal, you can set any port from 1-65535. No one else on the internet can find the portal. In this case, it is set to 7181. To perform remote configuration from the outside, add ": 7181" after the IP address to specify port 7181.
